Setting the Future

Giving Back to our Community

As part of the mission of the Duncan & Miller Glass Museum, we enrich our surrounding community. This is done through historical lectures, shows, programming, and education, even providing table etiquette classes for our youth. Check back here to hear more stories as we build a better future through history.

Volunteer Opportunities

Have Fun Volunteering

We process donations, write articles, take photographs, and do research online and on-site. We write grant applications. We design displays and presentations. We plan and execute events. We clean, cook, and garden. We shop. We do maintenance. We assist the docent with tours.

There is a job for everyone who wants one. Some volunteer every week, and others volunteer only at our shows. We would love to have you join us at whatever time you have available. You will make friends, have fun and learn about glass and our fabulous glass heritage.
